Firstly, the government decided to ban all the two stroke engine bikes in the country because of the emission norms. It is not only the RX 100 banned by the government but also the others with two stroke engine. But some other says that (it is not official ,not my personal opinion)  the RX 100 was banned because it was used was many criminals in many crimes, as its acceleration is fast as compared to the other vehicles of that time, so catching these was a bit harder for the cops. So government decided to ban these bikes. (Again it is not official, nor my personal opinion).

 The Yamaha RX 100 will be priced at rupees one lakhs/1 lakhs (expected) in 2023.
